Thank you for your purchase. Due to the specialized nature of our organic, eco-friendly Pest Defender line, all sales are final; we do not accept returns. These products have a shelf life of 12 months when kept in their original factory-sealed containers. Once opened, or if the seal is cracked, the insecticide should ideally be used in its entirety as it will degrade within 3 months.
We insure all shipments to protect against damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping company. Additionally, due to safety concerns and potential issues with opening and resealing packages, shipping carriers do not permit the return shipping of our insecticides once they have been dispatched.
